Ingredients
  

Salmon Dish
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, oils, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon in a dish and pour marinade over the fillets.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F and place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  6. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Do not marinate salmon too long or the texture may change. This marinade also works beautifully for grilling.
