- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, oils, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Place salmon in a dish and pour marinade over the fillets.
- Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Do not marinate salmon too long or the texture may change. This marinade also works beautifully for grilling.
