Method
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat; stir in molasses, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared pan using a buttered spatula.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Cool completely, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store in airtight container up to 5 days. For extra gooey treats, add reserved marshmallows with cereal.
