  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Roast garlic until soft and golden.
  2. Mix roasted garlic with yogurt, cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

  5. Bake until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
