- Grate the cucumber, squeeze out excess water using a towel.
- Mix Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, red onion, celery, tomatoes, olives, and feta.
- Add tzatziki sauce to the chicken mixture and fold gently to coat everything evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with pita, lettuce wraps, or as desired.

Best made ahead for maximum flavor. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Store in fridge up to 4 days.
