Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats optional
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and optional add-ins.
  5. Chill if needed and enjoy.
