- Slice apples into thick wedges and toss lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill apple slices for 2–3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
- Wrap or top grilled apples with prosciutto.
- Return to grill for 1–2 minutes per side until prosciutto slightly crisps.
- Transfer to serving plate and drizzle with honey.
- Finish with black pepper and fresh thyme. Serve warm.
