Ingredients
  

Turkey
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Brown turkey with seasonings.
  3. Mix bang bang sauce.
  4. Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, veggies, and sauce.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
