- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

- Fold in butterscotch chips and divide batter into liners.
- Bake 18–20 minutes. Cool completely.
