- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Whisk in Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet just until combined.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 50-65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then on rack completely.
Notes
Pat strawberries dry to avoid excess moisture. Bread tastes even better the next day.
