Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.5 cup radishes grated
  • 0.5 cup cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Grate radishes and cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Stir in radishes, cucumber, dill, and olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and chill before serving.

Notes

Chilling improves flavor and texture.
