Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Pour honey mixture over shrimp. Toss and cook 1–2 more minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately with garnish of sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Avoid overcooking shrimp to keep them tender. Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
