Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp cilantro optional, chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Pulse cranberries, jalapeños, sugar, green onions, lime juice, and cilantro in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese onto a serving plate.
  4. Top cream cheese with chilled cranberry mixture and serve with crackers.

Notes

Adjust jalapeño heat to taste and allow chilling time for best flavor.
