Ingredients
  

Egg Roll Filling
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 20 egg roll wrappers

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Deep pot or fryer
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cook pork with garlic and ginger.
  2. Add vegetables and seasonings, then cool filling.
  3. Roll filling tightly in wrappers.
  4. Fry until golden and crispy.

Notes

Cool filling completely before rolling for best crispiness.
