Ingredients
  

Herb Blend
  • 2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp dried savory
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Airtight jar

Method
 

  1. Measure all dried herbs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Crush rosemary lightly to break large pieces.
  3. Mix herbs together until evenly combined.
  4. Add lavender buds if using and mix gently.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Store in a cool dark place and use within 6 months for the best flavor.
