Ingredients
  

Stuffing
  • 10 cups bread cubes
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.
  2. Toast bread cubes if needed.
  3. Cook celery and onion in butter.
  4. Combine bread, vegetables, and seasonings.
  5. Add broth and eggs, mix gently.
  6. Transfer to dish and bake 35–45 minutes.
  7. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Use day-old bread for best texture and flavor.
