- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment and grease lightly.
- Whisk melted butter, honey, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into wet ingredients until combined.
- Mix 2 tbsp sugar with ½ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix batter to keep blondies chewy.
