Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar for cinnamon swirl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment and grease lightly.
  2. Whisk melted butter, honey, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Mix 2 tbsp sugar with ½ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Swirl gently.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Do not overmix batter to keep blondies chewy.
