Method
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat dry.
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oil.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2 1/2 hours.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and vinegar in a saucepan and simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens.
- Brush ribs with sauce and broil 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Broil carefully to prevent burning the sauce.
