Shrimp Stir-Fry
  • 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter optional
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup snap peas
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
  2. Cook shrimp in a hot pan until pink, then remove.
  3. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables.
  4. Return shrimp, add sauce, and cook until thickened.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.
