  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and toss with chicken and vegetables.
  3. Spread on sheet pan.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Broil briefly for charred edges if desired.
