Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
Rice
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
Avocado
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 0.5 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with honey, lime, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in skillet until golden and cooked through.
  3. Mix rice with lime juice and cilantro.
  4. Prepare avocado with lime and salt.
  5. Layer rice, avocado, and chicken using a mold.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately.

Use ripe avocados and fresh lime juice for best flavor.
