Drink Base
  • 2 bags English breakfast tea
  • 0.5 cup strong brewed tea chilled
  • 1 cup cold milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 0.5 cup ice
Optional Add-ins
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Brew 2 tea bags in 1/2 cup hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Let the tea cool completely, then chill.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour the chilled tea over the ice.
  5. Add cold milk and stir gently.
  6. Add optional honey or vanilla if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use oat milk for an extra creamy dairy-free version.
