- Seal lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
- Quick release pressure carefully.
- Stir in milk, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Freshly shredded cheese melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese. Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers for extra creaminess.
