  • 6 slices beef top round thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Method
 

  1. Season beef and spread filling evenly.
  2. Roll tightly and secure.
  3. Brown rolls on all sides.
  4. Simmer gently in tomato sauce for 60–90 minutes.
