Ingredients
  

Chicken & Sauce
  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 2 jalapeños sliced
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup water
For Garnish
  • green onions and sesame seeds optional

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
  3. Sauté jalapeños, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken and add sauce.
  5. Simmer until thick and glossy, then garnish and serve.

Notes

Adjust jalapeños to control spice level.
