Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and rub evenly.
  4. Mix garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Season chicken evenly on both sides.
  6. Place chicken on a baking dish in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pound thicker chicken breasts for even cooking and use a thermometer for best results.
