- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Add butter and baste briefly. Remove steaks and rest.
- Lower heat, add butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in cream, season, and simmer until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Return steaks, spoon sauce over, and serve hot.
Notes
