Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in almond flour and garlic until a dough forms.
  4. Knead gently until the dough is uniform.
  5. Shape into breadsticks and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter after baking.
