  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup powdered keto sweetener erythritol or monk fruit

Method
 

  1. Chill mixing bowl and beaters.
  2. Add heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sweetener to bowl.
  3. Whip until soft peaks form.
