Ingredients
  

Seasoned Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Jalapeño Popper Topping
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 jalapeños diced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts and place in a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheeses, jalapeños, bacon, garlic, and mayo.
  3. Spread topping over chicken.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.

Notes

Adjust jalapeños to control heat; seeds add extra spice.
