  • 400 g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika and garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and peppers until soft. Add garlic.
  2. Add sliced beef, season well, and cook quickly until just done.
  3. Place filling onto keto wraps, top with cheese, and roll tightly.
  4. Cook rolls in pan or air fryer until golden and crispy.

Notes

Avoid overcooking beef for best texture. Cream cheese may be added for extra richness.
