- Warm heavy cream and almond milk over low heat.
- Whisk in pumpkin purée until smooth.
- Add sweetener and spices, stirring continuously.
- Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes without boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Cool slightly and transfer to a sealed jar.
Notes
Shake well before using. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
