Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin purée 100% pure
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Warm heavy cream and almond milk over low heat.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin purée until smooth.
  3. Add sweetener and spices, stirring continuously.
  4. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes without boiling.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Cool slightly and transfer to a sealed jar.

Notes

Shake well before using. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
