- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chopped bacon in a large oven-safe skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in baked beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans.
- Add barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
- Mix well and stir the crispy bacon back into the skillet.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until hot, bubbly, and thickened slightly.
