Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
Batter
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 0.75 cup water or plant milk
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Prepare batter and coat cauliflower.
  2. Bake or fry cauliflower until crisp.
  3. Simmer Korean chili sauce until glossy.
