- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour and salt just until combined.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until just set in the center.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and spread over brownies. Let set before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake; brownies should remain slightly fudgy in the center.
