Ingredients
  

Shrimp Dish
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove.
  4. Reduce heat and melt butter in the same skillet.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
  7. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
  8. Top with parsley and lemon slices, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Avoid overcooking shrimp to keep them juicy and tender.
