Stroganoff Base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup lentils cooked
  • 1.5 cups vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and mushrooms until deeply browned.
