- Crumble Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl and add softened cream cheese.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze truffles for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate and dip each truffle, coating completely.
- Place coated truffles back on parchment.
- Drizzle with red and green candy melts and decorate with sprinkles.
- Refrigerate until set before serving.
