Truffle Base
  • 10 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes unwrapped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
Coating & Decoration
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • 0.25 cup red candy melts melted
  • 0.25 cup green candy melts melted
  • holiday sprinkles optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Hand mixer or spatula

Method
 

  1. Crumble Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl and add softened cream cheese.
  2. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze truffles for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate and dip each truffle, coating completely.
  6. Place coated truffles back on parchment.
  7. Drizzle with red and green candy melts and decorate with sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate until set before serving.

Keep truffles chilled until serving for best texture.
