Ingredients
  

Fries & Chicken
  • 4 cups frozen French fries
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce adjust for heat preference
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread fries evenly on the sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  4. Scatter buffalo chicken evenly over hot fries.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and crumbled blue cheese on top.
  6. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Remove from oven, top with green onions and drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  8. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice. Sweet potato fries are a tasty alternative.
