Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread fries evenly on the sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Scatter buffalo chicken evenly over hot fries.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven, top with green onions and drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice. Sweet potato fries are a tasty alternative.
