Ingredients
  

Chicken Shawarma
  • 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Fries & Sauce
  • 1.5 lb frozen fries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with spices, oil, garlic, and lemon.
  2. Cook fries until crispy.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and slice.
  4. Make yogurt-tahini sauce.
  5. Assemble fries with chicken, sauce, and toppings.
