Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp pickles chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix mayonnaise and mustards until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, spices, and hot sauce.
  3. Stir in pickles and capers.
  4. Add parsley and season to taste.
  5. Chill before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Best after chilling for 30 minutes.
