  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease baking dish.
  2. Lightly cook broccoli to remove excess moisture.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in ham, broccoli, and cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until set.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing.
