Ingredients
  

Meatloaf Layer
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup ketchup divided
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mac and Cheese Layer
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Pot for pasta

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.
  2. Mix meatloaf ingredients and press into dish.
  3. Bake meatloaf layer for 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare macaroni and cheese sauce.
  5. Layer mac and cheese over meatloaf.
  6. Bake until bubbly and golden.
