Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder or blue matcha
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener sugar, honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • optional whipped cream or edible glitter for topping

  • Whisk
  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Whisk butterfly pea flower powder or blue matcha with 2–3 tablespoons hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add sweetener and stir until dissolved.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour milk over ice slowly, optionally over the back of a spoon for layering.
  5. Gently pour blue mixture over milk to create layered swirl.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Top with whipped cream, edible glitter, or sprinkles if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while layers are distinct.

Notes

Add a squeeze of lemon to see color change from blue to purple.
