Method
- Whisk butterfly pea flower powder or blue matcha with 2–3 tablespoons hot water until fully dissolved.
- Add sweetener and stir until dissolved.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour milk over ice slowly, optionally over the back of a spoon for layering.
- Gently pour blue mixture over milk to create layered swirl.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Top with whipped cream, edible glitter, or sprinkles if desired.
- Serve immediately while layers are distinct.
Notes
Add a squeeze of lemon to see color change from blue to purple.
