  • 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup dragon fruit diced

Method
 

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Refrigerate until thickened, stirring once.
  3. Blend mango and dragon fruit separately.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Add toppings just before serving.
