Ingredients
  

Sago
  • 0.5 cup sago pearls
  • 4 cups water
Mango Cream
  • 2 cups mango ripe
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
Garnish
  • mango cubes
  • mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Boil water and cook sago pearls until translucent.
  2. Let sit covered, then rinse under cold water.
  3. Blend mango, coconut milk, milk, and condensed milk.
  4. Mix sago into mango mixture.
  5. Chill before serving.
  6. Garnish and serve cold.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for best flavor and sweetness.
