- Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through; slice.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add sun-dried tomatoes and cook 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add sliced chicken and cooked pasta, tossing to coat with sauce.
- Top with Parmesan and basil; serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust creaminess with a splash of pasta water if needed.
