Ingredients
  

Snow Skin Dough
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 0.25 cup rice flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling
  • 1 cup red bean paste

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients with matcha.
  2. Add milk and oil, stir until smooth.
  3. Steam mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Cool and knead dough.
  5. Divide dough and filling.
  6. Wrap filling with dough.
  7. Press into mold and chill.
