  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup olives sliced
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic.
