- Mix all filling ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Place 1 tablespoon filling in center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush edges with egg, fold and seal tightly.
- Fry, bake, or air fry until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
Do not overfill. Serve immediately for best crunch.
