Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1.5 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 0.75 cup black beans drained
  • 0.75 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup Mexican blend cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
Assembly
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet or frying pan
  • Air fryer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix all filling ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon filling in center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Brush edges with egg, fold and seal tightly.
  4. Fry, bake, or air fry until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

Do not overfill. Serve immediately for best crunch.
