Ingredients
  

Lasagna
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
Million Dollar Cheese Filling
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and repeat in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 25 minutes.
  7. Rest 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
